Got a Rockwell/Delta 28-200 this weekend! Manual anyone?

I bought a Rockwell/Delta 28-200 band saw this weekend and was hoping to find the user’s manual from someone on here. I thought while looking up info on the saw, I came across a thread where someone had posted to PM them and they would send a PDF of the manual. (I can’t find that thread now.)
The saw is in pretty good shape, but needs a good cleaning (rust) and a fresh coat of paint. I will be replacing the tires and guides also. I have most of it taken apart already, but haven’t started the cleanup yet.
Any other advice for a band saw newbie?

I have gotten parts from Mikes tools and been satisfied.
