Source for burl oak veneer

Looking for an online source for some burl oak veneer, I need to finish
up a desk project. I need 2 - 26"x18" pieces, I have checked Joe woodworkers
site, he does not have what I need. Any other recemmondations??

Certainly Wood is a veneer dealer in upstate NY; they might have it. There used to be another veneer specialist up there, The Woodshed, but I think they've been closed for a while now.

Jeff. I have bought a fairamount of good veneer from a guy named Stephen on Ebay called "Veneer Artistry" Google it.
I know he has had some oak burl at good prices in the past. If it is not running now, I would email him and see what he might have,
He is in High Point , NC and they get and sell a lot of veneer that comes form some of the funiture makers in that area.

Jeff, I have some burled white oak slabs in stock that are slated for being resawn into veneer. The slabs do have some voids; if you're interested I can send some pix.

Scott, Thanks for the offer, thats very nice of you! I placed an order from certainly wood early this morning as they had
the correct width I needed. I will definately pm you next time I need some veneer.
