Lifting a powermatic 209 planer?

I have a line on a Powermatic 209 planer. I have a trailer and an engine lift. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to put the lifting straps to safely lift it?

They have 4 lift bars that slide out, you put your straps around those. Bsically solid steel bars about an inch in diameter...
