Makita 2012 "Old Style" Manual

I hope someone can help me get the manual for this machine. I picked it up from my neighbor and it needs some work. I would greatly appreciate if some one can send me a copy or PDF.

Makita has a parts breakdown in PDF form on their website for the 2012 and have the owners manual for the 2012NB also.
