Walnut burl

I have some Walnut Burl veneer that I am going to use for a coffee table.
I also have some Birdseye Maple that I plan on using for an apron. Also Birdseye legs
Do the experts here think that it would be to much figured wood.

It's almost impossible to say whether or not that would be "too much figured wood", since we don't know anything about your design.

My opinion in general, is that table aprons are almost invisible, especially when the table is only 16" high. Similarly, a large portion of the legs will also be hidden from view, simply because of the height of the table.

But that assumes that your design is traditional -- rectilinear top, straight aprons, straight legs. A non-traditional design could be used to highlight the aprons and legs.
