The Lie-Nielsen cutters are interchangeable with the original Stanleys and are superior quality. St. James Bay also sells cutters and both fences.

I bought the ones that Lee Valley sells. I have been pleased with them.

my vote is for the Lie nielsen cutters - I have the LN 66 beader and had the Veritas beader - the cutters from LV are not as thick as the ones from Lie nielsen. Now that could be a good thing if you are making a bunch of different shapes for each cutter but I found it to chatter a bit more than the thicker stiffer blades.

Whatever you choose - the beaders are way fun.

I made my cutter from an old worn out saw blade.

If you don't care about "original", you can make your own cutters from an old saw blade. By doing that, you have a lot of options available to you.
