View Full Version : Used Woodworking Lathe Machine Parts

I have an old Central Machinery Wood Lathe circa 1980's and need to find a source for replacement parts. This lathe is 14" X 40" runs just fine. I need a source to buy: 1) A new tailstock assembly that bolts to the dead (right end), and 2) the assembly that holds the tool rest. Does anyone have a source for old lathe parts? I do not need the head stock end. Any nonfunctional lathe with a 7" bed-to-centerpoint should do the job. I have spent a lot of time on the net with no sources identified. Help!.

You can buy parts from Harbor Freight. If the parts from the current lathe look like they'll be interchangeable, you can get the owners manual here:
