Vendor question

Has anyone bought anything from Peachtree Woodworking Supply from their website before? (http://www.ptreeusa.com) I saw them at "the woodworking shows" here in Houston and placed an order on their website 9 days ago. I haven't heard anything, received anything, and their phone just rings and rings when I call their number. Are these people legit?

Also, who are some other vendors that sell the odds and ends that Peachtree and TheWoodworkersChoice (http://www.thewoodworkerschoice.com) sell?

I have not bought from Peachtree. It is posible that Peachtree is a small outfit. There are many husband and wife stores and businesses. If peachtree is small and they are doing woodworking shows then they are likely on the road a lot. That doesn't mean that they don't provide a good product. Just that there are only so many places they can be at one time.

If calling doesn't work you might try e-mail. You might also look at their show schedule. And if you asked for someone, perhaps from the creek, to check for you...

They are in Chicago this weekend.

Give them a chance to get home and call them on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

Also if they are small there is a good chance that they haven't been able to devote as much time to restocking and filling orders of out of stock items.

It was when they were at the KC wood shows. Never have bought from their website. Mainly as I did not have their website. I have it bookmarked now though thanks to your post here Wayne. Steve:D
