I own both a corded Fein and the cordless Bosch. The Fein is far superior (and on sale at Amazon for $199: http://www.amazon.com/Fein-FMM-250Q-Select-Variable-Speed/dp/B000U8W4VU/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1294535721&sr=8-6).

Obviously the corded Fein would be much better than a cordless. He posted the new Bosch corded oscillating tool though.

On another site, a pro builder only site, one of the members there tested or demo'd the corded Bosch and he said it had more power than the Fein (which he has used and owned). He's used the dremel and others and those are lower powered than the Fein. So for top performance it's Bosch (corded) or Fein.

I wouldn't hesitate to get the bosch corded. Unless you need the cordless mobility, I would avoid those as they have less power and the battery life will be low if you are using it for sanding (aka non stop).
