View Full Version : Excellent Customer Service From Senco

Monday of this week I sent Senco an email at the address on their web site, Tuesday I received an email from a Sales Service Coordinator for Senco saying he shipped me the part free of charge, and Wednesday it arrived. Not bad, and this was not a warranty issue, I was inquiring on where to find the part. So kudos for Senco, and many thanks for my part.

Cool. Another major player in our WW world steps up to the plate and proves that they DO care about Customer Service, as well as profits. :) This is a good thing! Thanks for sharing your experience, John.:cool:

Yes, I've always liked thier stuff, but was really impressed by the response.
