Photo Tec - Great Customer Service

I've been wanting to improve my photo quality for some time and finally decided to get a graduated background. I ordered the often used #39 from Photo Tec (800) 525-6486. They were out of stock when I ordered but was promised they would be in on Jan 4. When the shipment got in to Photo Tec there were no #39's of the size I ordered. Talked to Jim there and even though I ordered the 31" x 43" he is sending me the 42" x 62" size at no extra cost. The larger size is normally double the cost of the smaller one. Jim is a great guy to deal with, I recommend him highly!

Glad to hear of the good customer service! I also had good service from them! Sounds like you have the option of cutting your new backdrop to size or making a larger photo tent! Cool! Always nice to have options! Hope you like using #39 as much as I do! Seriously - makes a big difference!

I also had a good experience with them and love my #39.

I think the larger backdrop just means you need to buy a bigger lathe to make huge pieces to photograph. It's the way of the vortex... :D
