I have looked with no luck there was a post telling about a sandpaper holder made with pvc pipe to hold the 2 3/8 dia. sandpaper disks . I seen one last summer at a turners house that had a 2 day demo he had one made with pvc pipe that they fit but I have not found pipe with a 2 1/2 hole ? Any Ideas I have a lot of Vinces disks and don't like keeping them in the zip lock bags and liked the pvc holders.

This doesn’t help with your pvc question but for small disc you may consider these containers. They should be available in any crafty store, maybe in the bead section.
There are four which screw together for about $2.50 or you can remove the top cap and screw 12 or more together. I found out about these years ago in a tackle shop for organizing small hooks, sinkers, etc. The ones shown are from Hobby Lobby. I still need to mark each section so I don’t have to unscrew the stack to find the correct grit.

I glued a 1/2" x 36" piece of hook side velcro to my wall and just stick them on there in order of grade
