Wood Spindles

I am looking for wood spindle for a table lamp. I do not have the ablility to turn one. Genereal description:
square on both ends about 2" square
about 20" long
not too fussy about the turning pattern :rolleyes:

Byron, just about anyone can turn this for you, but I suggest you provide the blank, gluing it up so there is a channel up the middle for the wiring without having to drill. I'd offer to do it for you, but have bsiness travel planned in the next few weeks, unless you're not in a hurry...

Hopefully someone locally will be a able to do it for you. We are not so local, but certainly within driving distance if you are headed toward the "Beach".

Alternatively, <a href="http://www.adamswoodproducts.com/">Adams Wood Products</a> in Morristown, TN produces a number of spindles and legs in varying profiles in an assortment of woods.
