2 stripes top and 6 stripes bottom,

Thanks! That's a Chief First Sergeant with the diamond, A Command Chief has a star in the diamond, and Chief of the AF has an eagle in the diamond.

The one I need is just the Chief, but a little PS to get rid of the diamond is a whole lot better than recreating the whole stripes!

No Photoshop required. Just ungroup it in Corel Draw and delete the diamond. It's a nice vector.
