Delta Planer Rebate

My wife took advantage of the Delta rebates last month to get me a two speed planer for Christmas (totaly blew the gift budget, but I couldn't complain). Anyway to get the $30 I need to send in the UPC from the box. My best guess is that the UPC is under a sticker that was put on the box (see picture). Does this look right? Do ya think it'll be enough to get the $30? (I'm a bit bummed because either she didn't use the $25 off coupon code, or it was already too late to use it when she ordered - 12/19.)
