Signature

I've looked through these threads trying to find the answer myself and not bother anyone...can't find the answer. I tried putting a quote as my signature but it does not show up ...what did I do wrong? If you click on my name it is there but not on a posting.

Well that is weird...if I am logged out, it is there. If I am logged in it is not...at least on my screen it shows it that way.
