First Designer Fountain Pen - Jobillo

Did my first designer fountain pen today. Picked up a block of Jobillo at Woodcraft yesterday - nice color and grain so far from it. The pen turned out ok - made a couple of small errors - managed to clean up the worst one. I think I will order a few more to do. I prefer the "soft" finish to the high gloss of CA. It also has a nice wood feel to it.

Some nice work Glenn. I am just the opposite on the finish. I prefer high gloss on pens. I do however, wax my pens after polishing them. I like the feel of them after they are waxed.

Really nice looking pen. I like semi-gloss lacquer frictioned on.
