here is a pic of a new orleans streecar done on black marble 6x8 inches
done on a pinnacle v series 30 watt laser
i'm new to lasering & teaching myself.

That has come out very nicely Keith. Sometimes for something to be so striking it just has to be the subject matter and this is an excellent example.

i used adobie photoshop. 600 dpi speed 100% power 10% plus i tweaked the brightness/contrast then inverted the original image.
500 dpi also works well and 300 dpi is still nice. the laser is a pinacle 30 watt with max speed of 20 inches per second

That's interesting. What was the original dpi (ppi) of the image made with the phone?
