Menu at bottom of the page?

Is it possible to have the thread menu at the bottom of the pages? Such as;
"Forum * Forum Info and Community Discussion * Forum Tech Support *" at the bottom, instead of having to scroll all the way back to the top to get to it. It seems to me it was there before the software update.

Myk - you do have the option of using the Quick Navigation drop down or the Top link - both located at the bottom right of the page. Same thing - just saves you from scrolling back up to the top of the page.
