Hi All
Just got this finished, haven't done any small things lately so thought I'd try one.The box,top and base are Black Cheery the finials are Zebre wood and the finish is Woodturners Finish. The top had to be turned on a bunch of different centers to get it to fit the natural edge on the box part. Man that curve was a( insert bad words)and lots of fun.:D:D

Quite an interesting piece there, Harry! Lot of thought behind that one, and sounds like a lot of work, too!

most unusual..........natural edge art form! You don't get to use those words together in a sentence very often! I like it!

wow.... impressive how you got the cover to fit so nicely! I did my first NE bowl last week.... I think it will be my last. Lots of work!

Harry - that sure is cool looking! Don't usually see the rustic combined with artistic elements - sure makes for a unique piece! I like the imagination that this piece radiates! Nice work!

Now that's different, Harry. Looks like you sure put a lot of work & thought into this piece and turned out great. I imagine you earned the right to curse a little at that one! Nice work.

I like what you did, Harry. The blend of rough and refined is different from what I'm used to seeing, and I'd say you pulled it off nicely!

+1 for rustic and cool! A bit more taper to the bottom of the form and you've got it nailed!
