Equipment poll

Not sure how many of the Turner folks here visit the General Woodworking section, but I have a thread started asking what piece of machinery you spent the most on. I would have thought, with the price of lathes, that lathes would have scored a bit more votes. If I am correct, they are second to band saws right now. But now that I think of it, many here spend as much on their band saws as on their lathes.

No need to reply to this thread, I just wanted to make sure that all the Turners got to put their input in.

This thread must have helped the "lathe" section... It pulled ahead of the band saws by a bunch after trailing since the beginning! I had a feeling you guys didn't know about it...
