Can't upload pictures

Unsure if it has anything to do with the new system but I just attempted to upload pictures and I was unable to do so. After clicking upload I receive a red exclamation point next to the upload and when I scroll over it there's a code that reads:

[IOError Event type="ioError" bubbles=False cancelable=False eventPhase=2 text="Error#2038"]

Any guesses. I'd love to upload some photos of my newest project.

What is the size of the files? These were already below the 107 kb limit.

I was unaware of the size limit. I dropped one of the pics to only 80kb and I still get the same error.

I think i figured it out... I have to instead use the 'basic uploader.' I'm able to then upload them. Hmm, don't know why that would make a difference. Thanks for the suggestion Ken.

My test photo.I don' know why I can seem to load a photo here but not in on of the groups. When I try it there it just wants a url and no ability to load one from my computer.
