Water based shellac

Anyone tried the new water based shellac product from Target coatings ? The product is called Oxford UltraSeal-WB.

Eric,

Can this shellac be applied with a brush, sponge brush or applicator? I am forced to use water-based finishes due to my workshop being near a flame. I don't have the equipment to do any spraying so I'm interested in types of hand-applied, water-based media.

Chris,

I would guess that you could brush this product. I have not used it, and was looking for feedback from anyone that had. I have not been concerned about brushing a small amout amount and flamability. But I would like to spray shellac and that's a different story.
