Source for medical alert tags?

We are looking for a source for medical alert tags/bracelets. We tried HP Johnson, but no definate choices, they faxed a "picture" to us, but it was not readable. They don't have a web site....so looking for other suggestions.

There's another company called Quality Gifts. I've never ordered from them before but they have a big catalog and have similar bracelets to HP Johnson. They have a site: qgits.net but it just says coming soon.

Chewbarka has some in anodized aluminum, and maybe stainless too.

I have made some medical alert tags free of charge for some of my customers. I use 1.5mm and 3mm red transparent acrylic.
