Disc Sander plans??????

I was thinking about making a 10 or 12 inch disc sander. Does anyone have some pics or plans for one? I seen a thread a while back of a homemade one but I have no idea where.

ShopNotes Vol 16, Issue 96 (Nov/Dec 2007) has plans for a large disk sander with an extended arbor. I don't know if they have back issues on line. If you can't find the issue I would be willing to loan it to you.
