If so, can you please share with me how it installs?
I've searched high and low on the internet and can't find any instructions on how to get the thing installed.
It fits on the opening of the router base (the plunge base) just fne, but, there's nothing to hold it in place.
There appears to be a couple of threaded holes in the base that might allow a flat screw head to overlap the edge, but, that doesn't look like a good way to do it.

It's just a big brass washer type thing with a lip that fits inside the hole in the router base.
