Micro lathe gloat

I think I have what will win the "smallest lathe" contest.

This lathe has a 1.25 inch swing and a 6 inch bed. It was made by Montgomery Wards, as you can see on the tag. Anybody ever see one so small?

I have not used it, but I have had it stored away for years.

It works! If I give it a try and make something with it, I will post it.

It looks just like an old Dremel lathe. I've got a couple that I pulled out of a garage sale a few years ago. The only things I ever made were some small foam poppers for fly fishing plugs.

Well it may be small but it is a start. I was going to say also that it looked like a Dremel lathe.
