I have a question about CA glue, and cold temps. Since my shop is unheated, and it has gotten down to single digit temps here the last two weeks, I am wondering if CA glue freezes, and if it does, when you thaw it out, will it still have the same holding power as before freezing?

I store my unopened CA glue in the freezer. It helps slow down the shelf life. Once it is open the problem seems to be moisture collecting in the bottle. It will set off the glue and will harden. This usually happens in the nozzle from time to time. Having the cap on may help. If it warms up too fast it may gather moisture in the bottle. I would speculate that the amount of air space in the bottle would also have a lot to do with it.

I store unopened CA in the freezer, which should be around 0 to 5 degrees Fahrenheit.
