Have a customer who bought some of the Brinkman LED Mini-Flashlights. Since there are about 5 employees and they want to try eliminate picking up by someone who may have lost theirs - they want to laser them if possible.

I've seen a couple of posts about double masking, etc. - but not even sure what the poylmer is. Has anyone tried to do this and if so, what kind of results did you achieve and did you add color (what kind, brand, type)?

Thanks

Terry,

If they're the type I tried one time-I went too slow and too much power resulting in an unreadable "glob"! Sped things up and udjusted power and they were then legible---however they lacked the depth I prefer. I suppose one could hit them twice or more to get a depth to colorfill??

Thanks Bruce. I tried ULS Settings, but it didn't produce the right effect and color filling was not even possible. Maybe multiple passes at lighter settings is the key.

Did this for a friend for "no pay" to just try it. Don't think I'll recommend that again.
