I would say that I could use one of those cooks, too. But I'm old enough to be her dad. Maybe you are a little closer to her age. I'll leave the cook to others.

Actually, it really is cool. I like how they end up like funnel cakes. While there doesn't seem to be much in the way of preparing/flavoring them, I like the idea.

And all kidding aside, the cooks seems like a sweet girl. Lucky dad.

that's fantastic...my wife rolled her eyes at me when I suggested chucking up some carrots to peel them faster. I'll have to show her this video...

It is a neat way to prepare a potato. I did it last spring with my shop class students. The fries come out lack a fried ribbon and taste great. I fried up a punch of venison with potato's and the students loved it. You need to get very firm potato's. If they are the least bit soft the drive center spin out in them. Here is a little video of last years potato feast.
