I got an envelope from Johnson Plastics today. Inside was a letter from Artisan Engraving Supply, who I used a lot more often because of their prices and service.
The owners decided to retire and sold the company to Johnson. All e-mails and calls to Artisan will go to Johnson effective 12/15. Also in the envelope was a letter from Johnson saying the same thing. Too bad, I really liked Artisan and their "family business" feel over many years.

I've done business with Johnson since the day I started in this business. I don't know of a finer company.

Although I hate to see a business go away, I can't think of a better "replacement" than Johnson Plastics.

Paula at Artisan won't miss any of us a bit! ;) She's planning to spend lots & lots of time w/ her 3 grandchildren!

There's no way Scott & Paula Bradford (owners of Artisan) would have sold their business to anyone who they didn't trust to take good care of their customers. JP can certainly do that.
