Waiting for some HF's to dry so in keeping with my turning ADD...Apricot, not very exciting, and Amboyna burl. Both on a Gunmetal Mesa that is fast becoming a favorite. Both sanded to 600, 4 coats of CA, polished with 4000 then 12000 between third and fourth coat. Hope ya like 'em:D173597173598

The Amboyna sold while I was at church this morning so 10% was added to my offering!

They're both nicely done, but the amboyna is a tough wood to top.

Nice looking pens. I got a piece of amboyna burl from ebay and I have been having a hard time finishing anything without it splitting or chipping.
