Tough to find book

Does anyone have this book (that they may want to sell) or any book by this author that may have "about the author" type info that may help me track him down? I'd really like a copy of this out of print book, but can't find it. I checked all the major booksellers new and used stock and even called the publisher. I even asked a bookseller that specializes in finding hard to find books and they couldn't find it. Seems that the publisher has ceded rights to the book back to the author, so if I could find him, I may be able to buy a copy from him in some form. There are a handful of libraries nationally that may have a copy, byt the closest one is 500 miles from me. Any help would be appreciated.

You might PM Robert/Bob Lang to see if he knows the author or about the author...he's quite an authority on Craftsman style and a well-known author about the same...and a member of the 'Creek.
