Short Rods for Record #043

I read about having short rods for the small plow and I thought, I've got to make those. So I slipped some 7mm tool steel into a stock order I had coming up and patiently awaited my metric stuff.

The tool steel only comes in 3 foot lengths so after making a pair of rods I have 30 inches remaining. I kept cutting and rounding the ends and how I have 5 extra pairs. If you're interested in buying just PM me and we can figure it out.

Trevor I like the way these rods look it looks as though they would be really handy for smaller work.

That's my thinking too. I can't wait to try it out on some small boxes.

PS. There is one set left unspoken for, if I get enough requests I'll add more steel to my next order and make some more.
