I've searched and searched, but I can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for, so if this is something I should have been able to solve on my own, I apologize.
I'm refurbing a used 14" Jet with a riser.
When I check the wheels for coplanar and alignment, I'm getting 3 out of 4 places touching the straight edge. For you visual people (like me!): The red line is the straight edge

It's not touching at #3, the top of the lower wheel. Everything I can find talks about tilting the upper wheel, but that's not the issue here.
Another thing that bothers me, although I bet they are closely related, is that the blade rides awfully close to the front of the bottom wheel when running:

while the top wheel tracks dead center:

Is this ok? Am I worrying over nothing? This is my first bandsaw, and the largest machine I own. I'm a little nervous here.
