Last Wednesday, I sent 5 pen and pencil sets to Mike at Kallenshaan Woods to engrave for Christmas gifts. Imagine my surprise when I got them back today. 5 days via snail mail (2 of those days over the weekend) and they were pefect.

My experience with these guys is identical. I had a logo engraved in some pens. Engraving was perfect and the service was unexpectedly prompt. And they're nice guys to talk to at the AAW symposium booth. Would definitely use them again.
