A box I made using an Inside fitted lid out of Maple Burl and Macassar Ebony. I think it came out pretty well and I am happy with the line.

Looks good. I'm not sure about the finial. The slimness of the finial goes with the general design, but somehow I need something else. Couldn't tell you what it is, so I guess it is my problem not the turning. Keep posting.

Wish I could see a pic -- but one does not show up w/ or w/o my firewall running... Sounds like a nice box. Not sure what the problem is?
