This vessel is a piece of buckeye burl, finial is dyed cherry, and base is dyed crotch of scotch pine. There were 6 branches located around the bottom of the base. Finish is Minwax Antigue Oil, beal buffed. Size: 9 x 5.25. Thanks for looking.

This piece of burl is right up my alley. The shape is very nice as is the knotty base. I think the finial is a bit heavy IMHO but the color complement is great.
