Is Tool King a good company to do business with? I have never dealt with them before and thought someone might be willing to share their experience with the company.

Thanks,
David

They're a reputable tool source with a retail outlet in the Denver area. I've been to their store and they have a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Their prices are normally very competitive and they ship promptly.

Greetings & Salutations,

When I was setting up my shop I purchased several tools from them
and the price and service was excellent and I have no complaints.

Ordered from them and dealt with their tech support over a mistake I was making. They were great to deal with on both counts.

I have been to their retail store in Lakewood many many times. The place is amazing. While I have never purchased from their website I have spent a ton of money there. I have always enjoyed talking to the people there.

... and they'll match or better any price they have advertised online (on the Toolking website) if it isn't already cheaper in the Lakewood store. Top notch.

I have purchased most of my refurbished tools there. (I live in the Denver-Metro area so I have only purchased tools in the store.)

So far, I have been satisfied.

I have purchased several different items and fast service. I am on the Tool A Day mailing list, they sometimes have a decent deals on different items.

I have found their prices to be on the high side for most items (or at least at straight retail pricing). Unless you find a specific sale, better deals can usually be had elsewhere...
