A friend of mine brought me 4 legs from an antique table she was throwing out this week. They are painted at the moment but based on the end grain I think they might look half way decent as garden tool handles (Woodcraft has a kit). Aside from making just a "regular handle" shape I'm not sure how else to shape them. Anybody have suggestions/pictures of handles they have made?
