My neighbor had his Mulberry tree trimmed and was kind enough to let me have some. I turned this small HF and another bowl which I haven't finished yet. It's 4" diameter and 3" high with a 1-1/8" opening. Wall thickness is @ 3/16". Sanded to 400 grit and finished with Tung Oil. All comments are welcome. Thanks for looking.

Rob, nice one. I like that shape a lot....sort of a hybrid between a SW seed pot and an orb. Nice finish too!

Very clean looking! I like the form, and the grain orientation really adds to the piece.

I like it too, very pleasing shape. Ironic I just finished a mulberry NE bowl last night...will have get off my lazy backside and photo some recent stuff.

Again, great job! I like the finish alot too. Very natural look.

The first thing that comes to mind is very plain, very simple and very attractive! The grain, shape and finish all combine to make a very pretty little HF!

Nice little hollow form! I like that you turned it endgrain - gives the piece an entirely different look! Nice work on the finish as well!

Looks good, Rob. I have never turned mulberry, but seeing what you've done here, I want to try some. Great job.

Nice hollow form, Rob. The shape is nice with a continuous curve all the way through. Great job.
