Where to find...

I am building a few butcher blocks on wheels (25x18") and want to make them mobile. I want to conceal the wheels inside the tapered legs so I need ball casters, aka ball transfers. I do not want steel and prefer something softer than nylon. Anyone have a line on something of hard neoprene or rubber in a stem ball caster?

I would start at McMaster Carr, then if they don't have it check Grainger or MSC. Those are all industrial supply houses that cater to manufacturing mostly, I've seen the stem caster in McMaster, just not sure if it was the wheel material you're wanting.

thanks for the input. I bought some in the past from McMaster that were nylon. They are OK just a little hard and noisy. So far, that is the closest I have found. Grainger and MSC nada.
