Collapsible Deer Processing Rack

Anybody have any ideas for plans for a collapsible deer hanging/processing rack? I was kind of hoping to make one from 2x4's or...whatever.

No plan but, a buddy of mine built one out of square tubing and come-along for a winch. It fits into a reciever hitch and telelscopes up. We skin and debone all our animals in the field as soon as we can.
