I've been using my new 735 quite a bit for the last couple of months. I have a Byrd spiral nead in it and the results are excellent. But, when a board is run through the is a very annoying low frequency resonance. It's even bothersom with ear protection. I had a Delta lunchbox previously and it was a high frequency screamer but not as annoying.
Is this typical for this machine?
Thanks,
Mike

Ironically, I was using mine today as well (with Byrd head) and noticed the same thing. Even with the ear protection it was irritating. I've heard the dust collection makes a different sound going past the cutters, but I'm not sure this is it.
I know this didn't help, hopefully someone comes along that knows more.

I hear it on mine also, but it isn't bothersome. Seems to be harmonics.
