Here's an interesting look at the work of George Wilson and J. Laubach in the Colonial Williamsburg magazine from a few years back.

Might be interesting? I sure loved visiting that shop. Wow.
G.W. and J.L. were not rookies.

For those that haven't seen it, here is a YouTube link to the first part of "The Musical Instrument Maker of Williamsburg" featuring George, et al. All six parts are available.

Couldn't stop watching. I play classical guitar but I love the violin and the harpsichord. Boy, I'd kill for fingernails like those.

The nails come in handy. I am left handed, but made myself learn to play guitar right handed. So,they come in handy for holding down tiny pieces of inlay,or whatever I am sawing or filing out. It took me a long time to grow them as I used to bite my nails.

Your work never ceases to amaze me George. Boy aren't we lucky to have such a masterful craftsman be a part of this forum. Just incredible.
