Cermark question

We engrave a number of large SS signs (6 x 2') using Cermark two months ago for outdoor signage and the result striaght from the laser to our customer was great; we used a Kern 150W. But now the Cermark is fading; can anybody help to explain why? :)

What do you mean FADING - change color from black to grey? Better post picture how it looks now.

From my experience, the metal must be completely bare with no coatings or oils on the metal.
After the metal is cleaned, if the power/speed settings are not correct, the marking will fade over a short amount of time.
