I wish to thank you for your Customer Service Department once again bending over back wards to assist me.
Early in December I ordered a high angle blade for my Low Angle Jack Plane. FedEx apparently lost it in shipment. After three calls, starting on the 21st., I've gotten very little response from them. After one call, your company had another blade delivered to me by UPS in two days.
You have established a company with superb customer service which we as customers can depend on.
