I've used Ameradoor.com in the past with really good results. The price of their doors (all custom sized) was much less than what I could buy the materials for. Excellent service too. They sent all the wrong hinges on one order. Call them and they had the correct ones overnighted (even though I told them I was in no hurry) and would not let me send the others back. This was about 40 pairs of hinges.
