Cigar Draw Poker

I'd like to make a Cigar Draw Poker, basically a piece of metal that opens up clogged cigars to allow them to be properly drawn. Well my part is turning a handle. I was hoping someone could recommend where I could buy this metal piece to insert in a handle or something I could make myself, such as a stiff wire where I would sharpen the end.
