Anyone have one of these of seen one working? I just found out that they existed and are out of production. Sounds like a gizmo that I really need!

I've seen it and thought it was pretty cool. But at $500 I opted out of the idea.

I was interested at one time because of the threading capability, but the price scared me away.

The capibilities to do engine turnings at $500 isnt bad at all. I dont know how much I would actually use this, but I sure would like to play around with it for a few months!

Maybe someone bought one and doesn't use it and will let it go at a better than brand new price. I could hope!

Price is a bit steep, but perhaps with a quick trip to Harbor Freight and a bit of ingenuity, a similar system could be fashioned. It is definitely intriguing

I have been interested in these for a while now, and they can get very expensive, there is a gentleman back home in maine that makes these, high quailty ones. I also have found plans to make your own Rose engine...
